Of course, we feel our fees are very reasonable for the quality and long-term value we offer our patients.

• Insurance: bring your forms with you – we can help you file them.

• Other financing options are available for certain treatments

• Payments are due at the time of treatment – estimated insurance benefits will not be considered as partial or full payment at this time. They will be mailed directly to you when your insurance company makes them available.
